Bala (??š??????????????, bara; Spanish for "bullet", Japanese for "Hollow Bullet") is an Arrancar technique that hardens the user's reiatsu, and releases it from their hand like a powerful bullet. It's not as powerful as Cero, but it's about 20 times faster. Its power also varies with the Arrancar and Espada.[1] Some prominent users are Yammy, Wonderweiss Margera and even Ulquiorra Cifer. [2] The more powerful the Arrancar, the more enhanced Bala becomes.
Cero (??šé??, ?????, Sero; Japanese for "hollow flash," Spanish for "zero", "Doom Blast" in the Viz translation) is a form of attack used by Menos, Arrancar and Vizard's. It consists of firing a blast of concentrated spirit energy at the target. While in most cases it is fired from the mouth, some Arrancar and Vizard are capable of firing Cero from their hands, fingers and other parts of their bodies.
The power, force, speed, color, and blast area of the cero is dependant on the strength of the user (i. e. the stronger the user the stronger the attack).
Gran Rey Cero (çŽ???š??é?????, (??°??????????????¤????????), Guran Rei Sero; Japanese for "royal hollow flash", Spanish for "Grand King Zero") is a much higher-level Cero used by the Espada. It is performed by mixing an Arrancar's own blood with the Cero. The result is a cero with a much greater attack power, size, speed, and force, as well as a change of color unique to the Espada. It is also manytimes more powerful than a normal Cero, capable of disturbing the fabric of space. It is a drastically potent Cero, used only by the Espada. It is, in fact, so overwhelming, that one of the only two rules the Espada have is that they must never use it underneath the dome of Las Noches. So far, Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez is the only one who has used it before.
Resurrección ((?¸°???????????????????????????, resurekushion; Spanish for "Resurrection", Japanese for "Returning Blade) Most arrancar have the ability to seal their power within a Zanpakut??. Upon releasing their Zanpakut?? they gain all of their former unique hollow abilities back, similar to resurrecting their old selves. When using the ability, it is a combination of their human form and their hollow form, increasing their power roughly thirtyfold.

Resurrección: Segunda Etapa (???????§????ç??ä??階??¤, ?????????????????????????????°???????????¨?????????, resurekushion segunda etÄpa; Japanese for "swords release: second level", Spanish for "Resurrection Second Stage") Ulquiorra boasts that among the Espada, only he possesses a second release form which even Aizen hasn't seen. However, this may just be an assumption, for the three higher-level Espada might be capable of similar transformations. Ulquiorra refers to his second state as "True Despair," both before and after its release, likely because its immense power instills despair upon the opponent. Segunda Etapa can be presumed as the Arrancar equivalent of a Shinigami's Bankai. While he retains his black wings, his long white coat is gone, revealing his chest where blood-like liquid seemingly drips from his Hollow hole, which becomes larger. His waist is covered in something similar to black fur, his arms turn completely black, from the mid-biceps to the finger tips, and his fingers grow claw-like extensions; his feet become like talons, his eyes turn yellow while his sclera turns green and the thin "crying" marks under his eyes are displaced towards the outside of his cheeks by similar triangular lines that taper off towards his chin. Ulquiorra's mask remains turn into horns, and the #4 Espada tattoo is no longer visible on his chest. He grows a very long and thin but powerful tail which is capable of being used as a weapon or to lift and strangle a victim.
Cero Oscuras (é????šé??, ?????????????????????????, sero osukyurasu; Japanese for "Black Hollow Flash", Spanish for "Dark Zero") or more gramatically correct Cero Oscuro, is a full-powered black Cero that can only be used by the Espada while in their released state. When using this technique, the Espada-type user concentrates their vast spiritual energy with only their index finger into an condensed jet-black Cero with great might. The result of being used in their released state is a much greater Cero, possibly rivaling even Gran Rey Cero, the ultimate Cero, and has been referred to as a "fully-powered Cero." When fired, it covers any exposed light into absolute pitch darkness. Though the only Espada shown to utilize this technique so far, Ulquiorra Cifer told Ichigo Kurosaki "This is an Espada's fully powered Black Cero". The Cero Oscuras's range is vast, and its attack power is unknown, though it is mighty enough to completely shatter Ichigo Kurosaki's Hollow mask, critically injuring him in the process, and strong enough to destroy 1/2 of the dome over Las Noches. The Cero Oscuras is far greater than most Ceros.
Instantaneous Cero Oscuras: In his second state, Ulquiorra can use a fully powered Cero Oscuras without having to charge it. In addition, the blast travels very swiftly, with speed comparable to that of a Bala. The Cero retained its enormous power from Ulquiorra's previous form, being so powerful that it was able to blow a large hole through Ichigo's chest.
Garganta (é?????, ???????????????, Garuganta; Japanese for "black cavity," Spanish for "throat") is how Hollows and arrancar move to and from Hueco Mundo. Kaname T??sen and Kisuke Urahara have also demonstrated the ability to use the technique. It literally tears open the dimensional fabric separating the worlds, revealing a tunnel of whirling, torrential energy that must be focused and solidified to create a discernible pathway.[13]
Negación (?????? (???????????????), Negashion; Japanese for "counter membrane", Spanish for "negation") is the term used for the fields used by Hollows to rescue fellow Hollows. Only the Gillian-class Menos have shown the ability to use it. Negación fields surround a target in a square beam of light that isolates the target from the dimension they are currently in, making it impossible to harm them. The field then pulls the target towards the menos that created the field.
Caja Negación
Espada have a special cube-shaped device called Caja Negación (Spanish for "Negation Box") meant to simulate Negación fields, which are used to punish their Fracción if necessary. The cube, when used on a subject, traps them in an alternate dimension from which there is no escape; however, this assumes it's being used as intended. More powerful arrancar, namely the Espada themselves, can escape given enough time. The only occurrence of this negación field being used was when Grimmjow incapacitated Ulquiorra with it. Apparently the small cube device must be placed in the arrancar's hollow hole, as during their battle Grimmjow waited to use it until he could place it in Ulquiorra's chest
Instant Replay: Ulquiorra has the unusual ability to replay events he has seen to others by removing and crushing an eye, which then turns into dust and flows around those Ulquiorra intends to use it on. The dust shows images of what Ulquiorra has seen during his missions.
High-Speed Regeneration is the ability that allows a hollow to heal any injuries very quickly.
Hierro (é??çš??????¤??¨?????, iero; Spanish for "Iron", Japanese for "Steel Skin") refers to the hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakut?? bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger Arrancar have proportionally stronger skin than usual.

Sonído (é???????????????????????, SonÄ?do; Spanish for "Sound" Japanese for "Transfer Effects") is the Arrancar equivalent of the Shinigami Flash Steps and the Quincy Hirenkyaku; it allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances. Use of Sonído is punctuated by a brief static sound, in contrast to the "swish" sound caused by Flash Steps.

Zommari's Sonído is so fast that it can leave a total of five tangible afterimages of himself behind after he moves which he uses as diversions, substitutes or multi-directional attacks. These "speed-clones" generated by his intense Sonído are so realistic that they had even shown the ability to bleed after getting attacked. Because of this, it has earned the nickname Gemelos Sonído or Gémelos Sonído (?????é????? ?????????????????????????????, Hemerosu SonÄ?do; Spanish for "twins sound", Japanese for "twin resounding revolution").

Stark's skill in sonido is so great that it seems as though he possesses a form of teleportation as he moves in the blink of an eye. He is so swift that he used it to avoid both Kenpachi Zaraki and Ichigo Kurosaki in order to recapture Orihime, returning her to Aizen within an instant.

Gonzui: Yammy uses a unique suction ability to absorb the souls from the living called Gonzui. It affects a wide area, but people with even slight spiritual power (such as Tatsuki Arisawa) are able to resist it.
Hollow Absorption: While all Hollows can cannibalize each other to gain power, Aaroniero has the ability to completely absorb other hollows, merging not only their extra power with his own.
Vast Spiritual Power: Nnoitra has an incredibly high Reiatsu, able to fight on par with Kenpachi Zaraki, a captain well known for high reiatsu. It is because of this high spiritual power, Nnoitra had the stongest hierro of any Espada, and was just below the power level of the top 4 Espada; The top 4 are strong enough to destroy Las Noches simply by releasing their power. Forbidden within Las Noches. That is because they are too powerful and such a release would cause great damage to the fortress.
Lanza del Relámpago (é??é?????§?, ??????????????????????????????????????´, ransa deru reranpÄgo; Japanese for "lance of thunder and lightning", Spanish for "Lance of the Lightning"): Ulquiorra creates a javelin-like weapon using his spiritual power, which can be used offensively or turned into a projectile. Upon impact, it produces an incredibly destructive explosion so big it dwarfs the fortress of Las Noches in height. Ulquiorra prefers to not use the attack at a close range, likely because the resulting blast could possibly damage himself as well as Las Noches. Whilst he can use these spears in quick succession, he has difficulty controlling them. He also seems to be able to use this attack as a physical weapon like a blade, as seen when he used it to sever one of Hollow Ichigo's horns to prevent him from using a cero on Ishida.

Projectile speed

Enhanced Hierro (鋼皮（イエロ）, iero; Spanish for "Iron", Japanese for "Steel Skin"): refers to the hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While not openly stated, it has been seen repeatedly that Ulquiorra's skin is highly durable even by Arrancar standards. He can deflect attacks of similar power barehanded. He is able to fight Ichigo in his Hollow form without unsheathing his sword, rendering Ichigo defenseless with two attacks and not sustaining injuries of any kind. The best example of his Hierro's might was shown from his ability to take a direct slash from Ichigo's Tensa Zangetsu with only a minor cut on his chest, while his fellow Espada Yammy lost an arm from the said opponent. Also, in his released form, Ulquiorra's Hierro appears to be even stronger, as Ichigo's strongest attacks seem to have no effect on him.
High-Speed Regeneration: Despite having great attack power and speed, Ulquiorra's greatest strength is his regenerative power. It is first witnessed after he removed and crushed one of his eyes, then he is seen with two eyes again in his next appearance, and Yammy comments on it to that effect. This is displayed once more in his battle against Ichigo's evolved Hollow form where he regenerates the arm that was torn off. Ulquiorra states that it is his greatest power, one which most Arrancar give up in return for greater strength. He explains that he can quickly regenerate any part of his body except for his brain and Internal organs. However, this power also requires that he had sufficient spiritual energy.
